Not on the Highstreet

For those unfamiliar with this AMAZING website, Not on the High Street is your one stop shop for beautiful, original gifts, clothing and accessories. I went on it earlier this evening, to have a gift look for a gift for a family friend, and I've been on it for an hour looking up pretty things. Plus, if you have a specific criteria (e.g. Made in England, Organic) then just type it into the search box and hundreds of items will come up. Furthermore, because the designers and producers are 'not on the high street', when you look at their products you can read their info, and when you buy from them, you are supporting a small (or 'micro') British industry! I've just been lusting after this VERY sweet organic beanie hat...

What do you think?

Cute finds

I am going through a phase where I'm obsessed with owls. They are just so cute! I particularly am loving owl jewellery, and I've acquired quite a few cute pieces over the last couple of months.
Here are a few fair trade and eco-friendly owl pieces for you to enjoy!

Children's purses,

 Little owl lunch bag,

 Silver owl pendant,

 Tea light holder,
Owl Christmas ornaments from

The Re-birth of the blog

Howdy all,

As anyone who followed this blog when I was writing on it regularly knows, I made the decision to put my time and effort into my other blog, Bexceptional.

However, I've decided that I'm going to try and keep this blog up and running, as despite me not writing on it since much earlier this year, it's page views are pretty high*. To me, this indicates that the blog is helpful to people, despite the pages being a bit old.

As I have undertaken a huge amount of projects recently, I'm not going to be able to post as regularly as I'd like on here, but I'm going to make a big effort to put up reviews and material as much as possible! Think, one or two posts a week.

Let me know what you think :)
